This helps firms adopt a strategic approach to business development identifying their best clients and prospects for organic growth and new business, and those that need more attention to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Lexis Visualfiles – A legal workflow and case management system. It allows legal services providers to automate the repetitive and administrative legal and business processes for client cases. This improves the productivity of lawyers increasing profitability and efficiency.
Visualfiles offers an application development framework that allows firms to make continuous improvements to their operation and develop unique robotic business processes giving themselves competitive advantage in the market. The solution is an open development platform.
