Prior to joining Fulcrum, Tom was a co-founder of U.S. Card Partner Services, Inc. the leading partnership development firm specialising in delivering new co-brand Credit Card partnerships across Retailer, Travel & Entertainment (T&E), Financial Institutions and Affinity markets. Under Tom’s guidance, USCPS helped launch over 175 new card-based partnerships brokering on behalf of Bank card Issuers and Client organisations requiring card industry/negotiation expertise in their card issuer selection process. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science / Business Administration degree from Manhattan College and an MBA in Finance degree from Fordham University Graduate School of Business.
