Neil joined Farrer & Co in 2008 and has lead the team through a comprehensive infrastructure and systems refresh as part of a IT strategy review. This transformational strategy has put cloud and mobile first, with a strong focus on driving efficiency and education throughout the firm.
After leaving education, Neil spent nearly 10 years in finance, working for a leading bank in the City before his career change into IT. His first IT role was at the UK’s first Internet Service Provider, Demon Internet, before moving into legal IT where he enjoyed a wide variety of technical and management roles at Norton Rose, Freshfields and RPC.
Neil has spoken at numerous events as well as having articles published in a number of leading publications including Managing Partner and Computer Weekly. For three years he was also a member of the Editorial Board of Managing Partner, the publication aimed senior executives within professional services firms.
